We have got to say that this was an excellent day and well worth the cost. Our driver, Peter, kept us entertained with his poor jokes and superb knowledge of the island and culture. Me and my boyfriend Ben decided to do the excursion because it had already been highly recommended to us and it really didn't disappoint. We did 4 excursions altogether on our holiday and this was by far the best. It was so well thought out and the pace was just right; there was enough time to do everything and see everything without feeling rushed. In terms of the things we were shown, the places we visited, the villages, the places we stopped for drinks and a fab lunch, they were all spot on and were only made better by Jeff (our driver's) obvious passion, his expert knowledge and the fact he really understood the Island in terms of its past and present. To top it off Jeff was an expert story teller and was great at telling us all about the Greek myths, gods and goddesses! I went on this tour with my partner James after just getting engaged,there was another couple from Middlesbrough with us that was also engaged, and Gary gave us a little lesson on marrage.....and married us(well in the eyes of the Gods) haha....this was just one of the things that made our safari trip memreable! That asid the actual trip was wonderfull Gary is a man full of knowledge about the island and the things surrounding it. The food was wonderfull and the Plateau was amazing...not to mention Zues cave...we are going back to Create in Septemeber this year and are seriusly thinking of doing it again. J'ai vraiment adoré faire ce safari, une exellente équipe, c'était vraiment très drôle, on ne s'arrête pas de rire tout au long du parcours ! On découvre aussi des endroits sauvages où nous ne serions pas allés grace aux chemins de 4x4 !!! La plage de Preveli est vraiment très belle ! This was the best day and excursion we had in our whole holiday. Better then all our expectations we had and was so fun and intresting the whole day.
